Field Care Supervisor

We are currently looking to recruit a Field Care Supervisor to support our services in the Brighton branch.

Mihomecare, a leading homecare provider are recruiting exceptional individuals who can deliver a quality service and be proactive within the role.

The role will include:-
• Supervising all Branch Support Workers
• Providing appropriate supervision, training and support (including liaison as necessary with the training service)
• Assessment and review of Customer needs to produce the appropriate care plan in line with contract requirements.
• Promoting a professional image of the company in dealing with new care packages for Customers and commissioning authorities.

The successful candidates will be experienced support/care workers and be committed to delivering a high quality service. You will have experience in risk assessment and mentoring and/or staff supervision. You will also be able to plan and manage your own workload effectively.

This role is subject to a DBS and reference check and the successful applicant must have access to a vehicle and be able to drive.
