I am currently looking for an experienced Manager to join a great team at a Nursing Home in Ledbury as a Registered Service Manager. The unit is a home offering a wide range of personal care and nursing care to older people with a range of conditions.

In this post you will be:

* Managing the home to ensure residents live their best life

* Leading and supervising the support and nursing teams to deliver excellent standards of person centred care

* Developing and implementing evidence based individualised care packages, therapeutic interventions, and individualised activity programmes

* Taking responsibility for Health and Safety within the home

For this role you will need:

* NMC registration as a Nurse

* Experience in a similar role

* A good working knowledge of CQC standards, NMC guidelines and the Health and Social Act 2008

* Demonstrable experience of supporting elderly service users, especially those with dementia

* Experience of managing a staff team
