SEN Teaching Assistants Needed in Rhondda Cynon Taff

Simply Education are looking for a range of experienced SEN Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants to work in schools in the Rhondda Cynon Taff area. This will be an excellent opportunity for an experienced TA/LSA or someone who is looking for a new challenge.

Simply Education are working with a range of small and large secondary schools in the local area who required experienced LSA/TA’s with experience of working with children with a range of additional learning needs. We need dedicated, reliable, enthusiastic people who are able to work effectively with children on a one-to-one basis as well as in group situations to support the learning & progression of their pupils.

As the successful candidate you will need to:
– Have a Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ or equivalent qualification in Child Education.
– Be engaging, fun and flexible where needed.
– Be able to deal with challenging behaviour effectively.
– Have a patient and creative approach.
– Bring new ideas, be adaptable and build excellent working relationships.
– Have experience of working with children with a range of additional learning needs.
