Come and join Medmix as our Marketing Communication Specialist. We have a fantastic opportunity for you to create and implement the marketing communications strategy within the UK and international markets. If you are a highly motivated, innovative, with excellent communication skills you can help us take Medmix to the next level. 

In this role you will be accountable for:
* Developing and delivering marketing strategies for our business 
* Increase brand awareness through activities and events, including the end to end management of exhibitions and internal events, PR, website, and social media
* Create and present new product introductions with the support of the sales force
* Support our extensive production facilities with communication and sales promotion needs
* Creation and management of marketing collateral 
* Generate and produce copy write of a bi-annual Newsletter and agency briefing for creative development

To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Studies, or Communications, and preferably MBA or equivalent experience
* Minimum 3 years of practical experience in the marketing of technical products
* Experience in the sealants and adhesives industry is an advantage
* Strong technical product awareness
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all organisational levels
* Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and complete tasks on time
* Good attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and multiple graphics applications

Location: We are based in Hungerford. The charming market town is conveniently placed for access to the local towns of Swindon and Newbury, with Great transportation links being just off junction 14 of the M4 motorway. Hungerford is also on the main train line from London Paddington to the West Country.
