Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Salary: £43,200 per year

Our client is a National Building Services provider. They have an excellent reputation within the region, they are currently looking to recruit a Mobile Mechanical Engineer (Maintenance) to work with them covering their Client Portfolio’s in the Surrey Region.

You will be carrying out Planned, Preventative & Reactive Maintenance Schedules to include tasks such as fault finding and repairs on HVAC systems, LTHW/chilled water systems, various plumbing works, servicing to Legionella control, Heat ex-changers, Air Handling Units / FCU’s / extractor fans.

Premises which include Commercial offices, Commercial sites, Schools & Leisure buildings.

You will need good practical / organisational skills, with the ability to follow technical instructions and an understanding of safe working practices.

Educated to City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing / Mechanical Engineering. With a minimum of 3 year’s knowledge and experience in a similar role, Recognised Health & Safety training, Good written and verbal communication skills together with strong problem-solving abilities as you will have regular client contact.

If you have a current CRB/DBS certificate this will be hugely advantageous.
