Salary: £1,200 per week
Pay Rate: Very competitive rates.
Work as an agency nurse (RGN/RMN) and earn in excess of £1,200 per week / RMN) and paid weekly.
Full time or part-time as a Nurse(Limited Company Nurses welcome).

You will work flexibly when you want to either days or nights, whichever suits your lifestyle!
Main duties and responsibilities:
* provide complete care to patients/residents according to their outlined plan.
* accurate and constant monitoring and recording of observations of the patient’s condition.
* maintain accurate medication administration.
* identification of care planning needs and carrying out of risk assessments.
* regular recording of patient’s vital signs and updating their medical records.
* constant coordination and consultation with other team members.
* guide and supervise less experienced nursing staff and carers
* look after patient’s diet and exercise.
* report any issues arising during the shift.
* work across a wide selection of client settings.
* promote best practices as a Staff Nurse – RGN / RMN in health and safety and security.
* delivery of care to meet individuals’ health and well-being needs.
* assess patient’s health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload.
* provide and receive complex, sensitive or contentious information.
* develop own knowledge and skills and that of others.
* assist in maintaining and developing services.
* contribute to quality improvement.
* promote people’s equality, diversity and rights.
* work autonomously with minimum supervision.
* applying clinical reasoning skills to a range of complex and varied patient case mixes.

Skills and Qualification:
* valid NMC pin and all the relevant nursing skills and training (We may be able to provide some of the required compliance training inhouse),
* at least 6 months experience in being a nurse,
* should have the ability to work in a team, be supportive and passionate,
* excellent communication and computer skills,
* have a professional approach and ability to work through a long shift.
