DIpMap Mortgage Advisor / Adviser – Central London Estate Agents

Working in the busy Estate Agency office in Clerkenwell you will be given the responsibility to manage the mortgage productivity of a busy Estate Agency office.

The role is ideal for an existing Mortgage Advisor from an Estate Agency or Mortgage Brokerage background.

CeMap Mortgage Advisor / Adviser – Central London Estate Agents

Daily duties: Proficiently managing and maximising business opportunities from a busy Estate Agency office, you will be meeting and greeting clients and presenting them with the most suitable life and general insurance products to sit alongside mortgage solutions, including exclusive offers unavailable elsewhere.

CeMap Mortgage Advisor / Adviser – Central London Estate Agents

Qualification and Experience: You must be FSRE dDpmap qualified (or equivalent) at a very minimum working towards RDR compliance with an understanding of the Mortgage Market and compliance regulations.
Cemap alone is not acceptable but an advantage with Fsre or part compliance.
Sponsorship for professional qualifications may be available.

No prior experience is required as full product training is provided

Remuneration

Our clients offer an Opportunity to earn up to 50k in year 1 basic salary up to 30k dependant on experience and performance evidence.

A superb commission & bonus structure exists and the package also includes a company car subject to performance and experience.

On target earnings:

Year 1: OTE £50,000 + uncapped
Year 2: OTE £60,000 + uncapped
