Salary: £26,000 per year
We are looking for an individual with experience in leading staff to provide support in group living services age 16-25 service so you are required to have experience in working with young people and challenging behaviour. It is essential to have NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care – Children and young People (CCYP) or equivalent, or willingness to work towards. ASDAN knowledge is an advantage so you can engage, elevate and empower young people you support.
You will take the lead on the move in and out process, with a focuss on reducing the voids so you can support the growth of the company. it is essential that you can work collaboratively with in the company and outside agencies.
The shifts are on a rota 24/7 averaging 37.5 hours plus sleepins that are already calculated in the salary. (annual salary of £26,000with sleepin £71.28)
You will need a current full driving licence with business Insurance
