Site Manager

Salary: £216 – £228 per day

Site Manager- Residential.
We now have an immediate requirement for a Site Manager to work for one of the high-end residential contractors based in Croydon.
This Site Manager position open for permanent only. The initial contract is for 12 months and based on the performance candidate may stay longer.
Our client is a Tier One Residential Developer, who are well renowned company and well respected for their high-end projects in and around London. They are currently in the early stages of a huge mixed-use project up in Croydon which has at least 12 months plus, looking to develop an outstanding team to help manage the project.
Key Responsibilities of Site Manager:
* A minimum of 5 years site management experience and up to 10 years site experience
* Knowledge of and experience on residential developments
* MUST have experience with groundworks, geotechnical installation, external & internal
* Strong stints with reputable residential developers
* Record of managing projects Groundwork to Finish
* CSCS card, SMSTS certificate,
* First Aid at Work
* Microsoft Office understanding
Successful Site Manager candidate will be interviewed as soon as possible.
Salary open for negotiation based on current market rate.
