The Role
My client is looking for 2 professional and confident graduates with great academic records and an interest in financial markets. Experience in an alternative sales role is favourable but not essential.
As a Graduate Financial Recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for building and developing new business contacts and maintaining lasting relationships with candidates and clients.
A typical day will include:

– Researching companies
– Business Development
– Meeting Clients
– Developing understanding of the financial and banking industries and applying this knowledge
– Meeting with candidates to further qualify their suitability
– Mapping financial markets
– Putting together shortlists for clients

Development is expected and awarded on merit as you firmly establish yourself within the business. Your success really depends on your hard work and determination however previous employees have seen their salary move up to between £26,000and £100,000 in their second year.

The Candidate
