Caretaker, Property Maintenance Worker

You will be working for a local government department

Job Role

You will provide a general maintenance service and identify/ rectify building defects, including carrying out DIY work in police stations and police houses, as required. You will undertake grounds maintenance work at police stations and houses as required. You will monitor effectiveness of the cleaning service and assist with the monitoring of contractors on site, ensuring that site security is maintained at all times, particularly outside normal working hours.

Person

You will be a need to have good communication and organisation skills, with good time management. You will work well in a team as well as on your own, and you will need to be physically fit to succeed in this role.

Reward

You will be working for a large local government department.
You will work Monday to Friday 08.30 til 17.00 (37 paid hours a week) paid weekly
