Education Recruitment Consultant

We are recruiting for an Education Recruitment Consultant to take over a warm desk for a leading Teacher recruitment agency based in Newcastle.

The office is situated close to road and rail links for the city making it easy for Teachers and support staff to come in and register, there is also ample car parking for staff and Teachers who come into register.

We are looking for none pushy, yet talented recruiter that must have education recruitment experience.

You will be working for a company that has gained quality marks with the REC and DFS and complies fully with the recent changes to the AWR

Your role as an Education Recruitment Consultant will involve supplying Primary, Secondary Schools with Teachers and support staff to clients covering several boroughs throughout The North East

You will have a warm desk to look after with existing client Schools and a healthy database of Teachers and support staff.

As an Education Recruitment Consultant your role will involve advertising, interviewing and vetting Teachers, School and PRU visits, business development calls and attending seminars and other organised events which are held in various locations throughout the UK.

You will be working for an established agency and with a Branch Manager that will offer support, guidance and the opportunity to progress you career through training, development and autonomy over your business.

The working environment isn’t micro-managed, you will have the flexibility to run your desk as your own business.

Experienced recruiter from the education sector
Evidence of delivering results
Knowledge of the Education Recruitment sector in the UK
Can work comfortably within a team
