Quality Engineer

Salary: £15.6 per hour

Our client based in Royston are a leading manufacturing company for test and measurement instruments,with more than 3,000 employees worldwide.

Ideally, you should have experience working in manufacturing settings.

Specific duties of Quality Inspector( Mechanical):

Formal Goods Inwards mechanical inspection of products received from suppliers
In process mechanical inspections to support production processes
Working along side Supply chain to ensure mechanical supplier performance is reported
Timely corrective actions are implemented
Resolve mechanical supplier Technical issue
Maintaining upkeep of daily quality recordings, which form an essential part of the annual ISO quality audit.

Candidates must have:

Experience working as an Mechanical Inspector or Quality Inspector or Mechanical Assembly
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Excellent communication, organisational and administrative skills

Salary from: £15.6(PAYE) to £18 (Umbrella)
