IT Network Manager – (Hands on – Cisco CCNA Certified)

IT Network Manager – Hands on – Cisco – CCNA – Helpdesk Management – Windows Server 2012 – Networking.

IT Network Manager who is very hands on is required by our client to look after all Back End Server Operating Systems and Helpdesk activities.

Working in a Head Office environment you will be responsible for managing a small Helpdesk Team who support all internal Head Office users and over 100 retail sites. You will be required to implement new Helpdesk procedures, SLA’s, documentation and mentor/manage the Helpdesk Team.

From a hands on perspective you will support and manage on a daily basis all Back End operating systems and networking technology including Windows Server 2012, MS Exchange, Microsoft System Centre, SQL Server Networks, RAID, DHCP, TCP/IP and Cisco routers/firewalls.

Our client requires a CCNA certified individual as all external sites have Cisco Switches on site which need configuring and supporting when required.

This position is ideal for someone who has worked in an environment where responsibility has been across a broad range of technologies including managing and implementing procedures on the Helpdesk as part of a small team, and also managing and looking after all server operating systems and networking technology in a multi-sited environment.

This position will also provide the opportunity to be actively involved in new projects and the implementation of new technology and systems.
