Location: American Express Community Stadium, Brighton
Hours: Zero-hours. Expected to work all home match days in season.

Calling all customer service extraordinaires to join our award-winning Supporter Services Team:
Do you get excited about creating and delivering legendary and stand-out customer experiences? This is an exciting opportunity for someone who will be able to sell our club’s commercial products via the telephone, online and in person on home matchdays.
The Supporter Services team play a pivotal role in being the first point of contact for supporters, with the objective of making it as easy as possible for people to buy match tickets, season tickets and memberships from us, grow the Club’s fan base and deliver exceptional service to our loyal supporters. We take our customer service seriously and our fans are at the heart of everything we do.
