Mechanical & Electrical Pre-Construction Engineer

Our Client is a Medium-sized Contractor operating across a range of construction sectors.

They are currently looking to recruit an M&E Pre-Construction Engineer.

This is an important role within the company. The successful individual will be responsible for helping to tender for projects (including M&E client presentations), breaking down M&E Packages, strategically reviewing M&E Input on major projects, assessing bids from sub-contractors, value engineering and design review.

You may be mechanically or electrically biased but should have good general knowledge of both disciplines.

You must be technically competent and very client focused with a track record of successful project bid management. A flair for presentation and an ability to get on well with people is essential.
