Adecco are looking to recruit for an After Sales Support role on behalf of our client.

We are looking for someone who has previously worked within sales support to join a global company who have been established since 1942. This role will be a support role to help with the sales team with queries from clients and inputting data.

Hours

• Working hours 37.5/week
• Normally 08:15 – 16:15 but can be altered if necessary.
• Hybrid working available on completion of training.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support customers by phone and email

• Obtain pricing from suppliers
• Raise order sheets
• Carry out procedures to ensure repairs received are dealt with in an appropriate and timely manner
• Raise and update enquiry files

We are looking for:

• Someone that is familiar with Microsoft (word/excel) packages
• Has a good telephone manner
• A team player
• Knowledge of Sage Line 100 and CRM operating systems (but not essential as these can be taught)
