Home Manager (Nursing) RN

An exciting full-time opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated person with good leadership, communication and business skills to run a brand new 40+ bed Care Home with Independent Living Units.

Applicants must have previous experience at a management level in residential/nursing care and be qualified to NVQ Level 4 in Health & Social Care or Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management in Care Services (minimum).
Further training and development will be available.

Essential Criteria:

To be considered for this role, you must meet the below essential criteria:
• Nurse qualification (Active NMC Pin)
• Previous Management / Supervisory Experience
• Registered Manager’s Award (achieved / working towards), or equivalent qualification
• Dementia Care Experience
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Ability to develop others through coaching style
• Team player
• Genuine interest in working with the relevant Client group
• Two satisfactory references and / or Disclosure Scotland scheme record
• Full driving licence
• The ability to remain in the job and move it to the next level
