Graduate Trainee / Recruitment Consultant

-Position – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
-Location – London Bridge
-Salary: £26,000starting basic plus UNCAPPED commission
-Training – We will train you from day one whilst supporting and encouraging your career progression at Potensis. Giving you training on recruitment itself and sector knowledge within construction along the way.

The Role
The training programme will be a blend of mostly on-the-job and formal training with an element of personal project work. To begin, you will be resourcing roles for consultants, searching for potential candidates and approaching them for a particular job. The formal sessions of your training will help to develop your sector knowledge of the industry, to help you build strong rapports with the candidates that you speak to. As you progress, you will gradually be given the duties of a consultant. Here you will be building and maintaining client relationships to bring in your own jobs to resource.

The Candidate
You will be passionate for success and driven to earn potentially life-changing money. Good communication skills are key as well as a strong work ethic. As this is a sales environment, previous experience in sales is beneficial, however it is not essential. As long as you are enthusiastic and resilient we want to hear from you!
