On-Site Driving Recruitment Account Consultant – Up to £25K plus bonus (DOE)

My Client is a national recruitment organisation who believes that they are going places, fast, and are now looking to recruit an Driving Recruitment Account Consultant to work out of one of their prestigious on-site operations based in Peterborough.

As a Recruitment Account Consultant you will work with another Recruitment Account Consultant and manage a bank of 50+ drivers. This role is pivotal to the site and as such the successful Candidate will be flexible as to shifts and check-ins.

There will be weekend work involved, but this will only be the checking in of the drivers and there are minimal requests for drivers during the night.

Key responsibilities include:
• Working with the onsite team on Daily check ins and rebooks, as well as back fills within Driving Recruitment
• Ensuring that a bank of temporary HGV Drivers are available is essential
• Working with Client Managers to understand fluctuating volumes, to ensure that temporary workers are available for each of the shifts
• Working with onsite team to ensure Start-up briefs and inductions for new temporary workers are done with agreed Client SLA’s.
• Ensure all Drivers are registered and compliant in accordance with company directions
• Knowledge of disciplinary and grievance procedures

• Must have onsite Supervision / Team Leader / Onsite Coordinator experience
• Must have a track record of sourcing HGV drivers
• Excellent IT skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Organising and planning skills
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
• GCSE’s or equivalent in Maths and English

Salary £30,000 plus bonus (£4-6K) – depending upon experience
