We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established Nursery in the Beaconsfield area, who are looking for a Nursery Manager.

You will be joining an environment which provides all their team members with a warm, positive, and friendly atmosphere.

The nursery specialises in providing best-in-class childcare solutions for families with babies, toddlers, and preschool children.

This position requires previous experience in managing the day-to-day running of a Nursery. You will be responsible for all financial operations, the recruitment and ongoing training and development of staff whilst ensuring the nursery is being run to the highest standard in the upmost professional way.

You will be working on a full-time basis, all year round.

The ideal Nursery Manager candidate must have:

· A minimum Level 3 in Childcare and Education (or above or equivalent)

· A current First Aid qualification

· A sound knowledge of childcare development from birth to five years

· A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Managerial role in Childcare/Early Years

· Sound knowledge of the EYFS

· Strong communication skills both written and verbal
