UX/UI Designer

Salary: £60,000 – £66,000 per year

You’re a UX Designer, you do what UX Designers do.
You spend your time thinking about how users interact with software and what they want from it, so that they dont have to, and you’re more than just good at it – its what gets you out of bed in the morning.
Here you will join the development team and work with the business to ensure their new solutions are the best that they can be. As the first defined UX Designer the work you do here will be important, in fact it will be vital.
You will interact with all arms of the business to understand the different personas that use the software and how you can better enhance their experience. You will create wireframes, mockups and prototypes, and then you’ll do it all over again, because you’re fully committed to providing the greatest solution on the market and you know that relies heavily on user experience.
As a well-versed UX Designer you will have experience in relevant UX design aides and ideally you’ll also have a basic understanding of HTML, CSS and general web design. In a perfect world you will have experience in a SAAS business too. You will be comfortable taking feedback and conducting research in line with user-centred design. And you’ll be mad about UX – but that’s a given.
Locations: Bromsgrove – Remote opportunities also
Salary: GBP30,000 – GBP50,000
