Eal Teaching Assistant

Protocol Education are looking to recruit a pool of Teaching Assistants who speak other languages (Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, Romanian, Russian and many more ) for potential EAL Teaching Assistant vacancies starting asap on a long term temporary basis

This will be a perfect job opportunity for anyone who lives in or can travel to the Rotherham and Doncaster areas, is an educated individual passionate about languages and enjoys working with children. The primary schools Protocol Education work with often search for EAL Teaching Assistants to work alongside class teachers supporting groups of students facilitating their learning of English.

The schools are known for their ethnical diversity and can be challenging but yet very rewarding places to work in.

A suitable EAL Teaching Assistant for these posts will ideally have:

– Previous experience of working with primary aged students
– Experience in designing visual and interactive lessons to motivate students in learning a new language
– Strong character, persistence and good assessment of learners
– Plenty of enthusiasm and desire to help make a difference to a student’s education
– A degree or fluency in foreign languages
