Deputy Manager

Salary: £30,000 per year

Are you an enthusiastic, empathetic and committed Care Home Deputy Manager or a Senior Carer who is looking for a step up to Deputy. We are looking for a Deputy Manager for an established residential care home that has a good CQC rating The home, which is part of a small group, caters for the elderly and has 28 beds. As a Deputy Manager you will work closely with the Registered Manager, providing a safe, caring and supportive environment and help to deliver high-quality, person-centred care for all of their residents.

40 hours per week with some weekends.

Requirements of the Deputy Manager role:

• Supervisory experience 
• Demonstrating and maintaining specialist knowledge, relevant qualifications and skills necessary for the role 
• Delivering a good quality person-centred service for residents, 
• NVQ Level 3
• Excellent communication skills.
• Some weekend cover will be expected.
• Ability to display empathy and warmth.
