Machine Operator (Manufacturing)

Proman are looking to recruit several experienced Machine Operators to work at an industry leading automotive manufacturer. Immediate starts available.

The company is located on a business park near Burton Upon Trent. You will need your own transport to and from site.

The Role – Machine Operator

You will be trained to operate injection moulding and painting machinery. You may be rotated and asked to work on different departments throughout your assignment, so some degree of flexibility is required.

Rotating Shifts – Machine Operator

A:

Days: 0600 – 1400

Afternoons: 1400 – 2200

or

B:

Days: 0600-1400

Afternoons: 1400 – 2200

Nights: 2200 – 0600

or

C: 

Rotating:

2x weeks – Days

2x weeks – Nights 

Overtime Monday to Friday (2 hours at the end of each shift) is mandatory. Some notice will be given at the beginning of the day.

Overtime on weekends is also available. 

Pay – Machine Operator

First 6 months:

£10.26 – All shifts

£13.38 – Overtime Weekdays and Saturdays, over 39 hours.

£17.84 – Overtime Sundays

After 6 months:

£10.62 – All shifts

£13.86 – Overtime Weekdays and Saturdays, over 39 hours.

£18.48 – Overtime Sundays
