Group Sales Communications Executive

We currently have an opportunity for a Group Sales Communications Executive (Internal Communications) to join our Imperial Tobacco team based in Head Office Bristol on a 12 month fixed term contract.

The Group Sales Communications Executive will support the Group Sales Communications Manager to implement the GS Communication Strategy using a range of channels to deliver clear, impactful and aligned communications. You will communicate Group Sales’ vision, strategy, performance and successes to the global sales community.

Responsibilities will include:

Coordinate update sessions between the Senior Leadership Team and the Group Sales’ senior manager community (i.e. Webinar including agenda, time management, support materials)
Manage briefing sessions with Group colleagues and translate these messages into simple, compelling materials to inform, engage and inspire the Group Sales community.
Manage effective communication channels, including the creation of content.
Administer Group Sales global social enterprise network (social media) platform to support collaborative working across the Group.
Ensure Group Sales communications are aligned with best practice, as devised in collaboration with Corporate Communications, Group Marketing, and external specialists.Experience and Qualifications required:

Previous experience in a corporate communication or internal communication role
Advanced written and spoken English skills are essential, with strong writing, editing and proofreading ability
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience in producing PowerPoint presentations
Good understanding of how to use social media channels and digital communication
Strong inter-personal skills, with the ability to quickly understand the objectives of colleagues
