Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 per year

We are currently recruiting for an exciting (flexible office space) Partnership Coordinator position based in the City of London area.

Our client is an international flexible office / co-working office space commercial real estate brokerage that has an established and dominant presence over decades in mature global commercial property markets.

They specialise in matching businesses, start-ups, and entrepreneurs with flexible workspaces, wherever they are in the world.

Details of the Role & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 – based on experience
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9am – 5pm
  • Office Team: 40+

  • Prime Central London location – Closest Stations: St. Pauls, City Thameslink, Chancery Lane

Responsibilities & Duties – Partnership Coordinator:

This position would be ideal for a friendly team player, ready to help where needed and develop strong working relationships with the internal Sales Department and external business partners.

This role will include but will not be limited to:

  • Maintain and manage existing partnerships with Business Providers.
  • Establish new partnerships with Business Providers.
  • Create new listings for new locations when new office space is opening for existing/new providers.
  • Amend existing listings for business centres should they get in contact with updates
  • Ensure all new business centres receive the company’s Terms and Conditions and store them correctly on file
  • Stay up to date with commercial newsletters to see what business centres are opening and liaise with external partners to get them listed on the company website
  • Stay up to date with what needs de-listing depending on the current market
  • Send a breakdown of all listings and delistings to the sales team at the end of each day and week
  • Liaise with the Sales Team to ensure all areas globally and nationally are covered on the company website
  • Ensure that all business centres have a specific point of contact to grant access to the company Business Centre (BC) Portal (to manage listings)
  • Manage changes made by providers using the BC Portal.
  • Ensure that Central London, major cities, USA, and the Rest of the world’s current listings are inserted correctly in Salesforce.
  • Ensure a thorough area search is done where there is a discrepancy of business centres in a specific area (globally and internationally)

Experience & Skills Required – Partnership Coordinator:

  • Strong administrative experience is required, preferably in the commercial real estate industry 
  • Strong MS Office knowledge and experience
