JOB TITLE: Temporary Telephonist

LOCATION: Leeds, LS12

SALARY: £26,000 per year + Holiday Pay + Office Angels Benefits!

HOURS: Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm

CONTRACT TYPE: Temporary – 6 weeks initially

THE ROLE:

We are proud to be supporting our fantastic client in the Automotive Industry to find them an enthusiastic Telephonist to support their Service Department. The team pride themselves on providing an excellent customer experience and this role is a pivotal part of this.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent customer service, taking detailed messages, booking appointments, and managing the team inbox.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Front of house experience is desirable
• Customer facing/service experience
• Excellent administration skills
• Professional telephone manner and communication skills
• High level of organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work as both a team member and in a stand-alone position
• Strong initiative and proactive working manner
