Transport Planner is to provide a cost effective and profitable plan for outbound vehicles and will then identify is efficient backloads / return loads for vehicles.

The Transport Planner will have previous experience in general haulage and previous contacts would be an advantage.

It is essential you have worked in the circles of general haulage to be able to drive this role successfully and your knowledge with include Tachograph and Working Time Directive legislation
