This independent small family-run nursery in Fulham, London provides a loving and nurturing home-from-home experience for all the children. Most importantly, they celebrate every child’s individuality to build confidence, creativity, and independence through their early years.

Nursery Nurse Early Years Practitioner 

They are now looking to recruit an experienced Nursery Nurse Early Years Practitioner to join their fantastic team. The right candidate will have a strong knowledge of Safeguarding and EYFS as well as Ofsted requirements and strong communication skills, passion and enthusiasm for working with children and families.

Nursery Nurse Early Years Practitioner key responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring that the EYFS curriculum is implemented, through imaginative, creative and child-led initiatives.
• Take on the role of key worker for your designated children.
• Working in partnership with parents by providing effective feedback on their child’s learning and holding one-to-one meetings.
• Adhering to Nursery policies and procedures which include the Safeguarding and Health and Safety of all children.
• Role-modelling great teamwork and people leadership
• Stepping up in the absence of the Manager and/ or Deputy

The Nursery Nurse Early Years Practitioner should:

• Have a passion for working with children and developing their learning through play.
• Hold a minimum Level 3 or equivalent
•  QTS is desirable with experience in a nursery setting
• Have a thorough understanding and hands-on experience of the EYFS, child development, and Ofsted regulations.
• Show a commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children as well as high standards in confidentiality.
• Be able to work collaboratively alongside our Crew to live our mission and values.
• Have excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English.
• Hold current Paediatric First Aid certification
• Position your recruiting for – pre-school nursery practitioner
• Hours of work – 7.50am – 6.30pm 4 days per week or 9 days every 2 weeks
• Salary on Offer – £26,000 – £30,000depending on qualification, experience and shift pattern
• Qualification – ideally Level 6/ QTS, minimum Level 3
• Start date – asap

Nursery Nurse Early Years Practitioner 

The offer:

• Full-time position, starting ASAP
• Competitive remuneration package, with salaries starting from £26,000 – £30,000 to £25000, according to experience and qualifications
• Hours: Rotative shifts between 7:30 am to 6:00 pm over 4 days a week 
• 4 weeks holidays 

Nursery Nurse Early Years Practitioner 

This is a permanent full-time position to work 36 hours per week, with an immediate start.
