Home Based Bilingual Customer Service Advisor

The Sensée HomeAgent Network connects customer service centres to home-based customer service advisors.

We are looking for enthusiastic, bilingual English and German speaking individuals who are passionate about delivering the highest levels of service excellence and positively contribute to achieving the delivery of quality customer care.

As a home-based Sensée Advisor, you will handle inbound order management calls from your home-office on a full time basis (37.5 hours per week).

We are looking for people who will proactively develop relationships, build opportunities for brand reputation with both new and existing customers and ensure high levels of customer retention at all times.

You will need to enjoy problem solving, be proactive and use your initiative to exceed customers’ expectations. In addition excellent communication skills in both English and German are required and you should be a fast learner with the ability to get up to speed with products and systems quickly, have an excellent grasp of internet technology, be responsible, adaptable, and confident, as well as have the ability and a strong motivation to work from home.

You should be PC literate, have flexibility in your schedule, good organisation skills, independence and self-reliance are essential.

Working times:

First 3 Months

Fixed shifts between 09:30 and 18:00 Mon-Fri (1 hour unpaid lunch break)

Months 4 onwards

*Hours to be worked between 07:30 and 19:30 Mon-Fri

*You must be able to work at any point during the above times.

You will need to provide a quiet and secluded home office equipped with a dedicated telephone line, a dedicated wired broadband connection, a dedicated to work PC (desktop) with an English Operating System and a telephone handset with headset, all meeting our required specifications.

You will also need to attend a mandatory paid full time 3 weeks training course to be delivered virtually over set shifts.
