Our client, a respectable Finance Company in Manchester, is looking for a Personal Finance Advisor.

Responsibilities

*To telephone approved clients that have made an application to the web site.
*To convert these clients for the purchase and finance of a vehicle.
*To negotiate with clients over their needs and sourcing a vehicle (if required) that meets the customer’s needs.
*To deal with the paperwork involved in the first stage of the sales process (obtaining necessary documents from clients and collecting fee payments).
*To complete all paperwork (deal forms) in an accurate and timely manner.
*To deal with queries from your prospects and guide them through the sales process.
*To update the extranet with thorough notes each time you are in contact with a client.
*To update the extranet with correct statuses in line with the company sales process.
*To take responsibility for your own deals – chasing customer proofs and documentation back in.
*To aid the payout department in getting your own deals funded.
*To participate in the regular sales meetings when required.
*To maintain your own skills and knowledge in the procedures of the firm.
*To ensure that your performance meets company expectations and targets.
*To work in a proactive & productive manner.
*Ensuring that you act with honesty and integrity in your dealings with client, colleagues and other associated businesses at all times.
*Treating customers fairly at all times, ensuring that they understand the process, they are satisfied with the work undertaken and that they remain satisfied after the conclusion of the process.
