Care Assistants (HCA)

Inivo are looking for experienced Care Assistants with NVQ level 2 or 3 to work
throughout Crawley area for temporary assignments.

You will be working on behalf of Inivo with various elderly client groups with in residential care home or nursing homes. Earn from £26,000 up to £9.00 paid weekly.

We are looking for experienced care assistants with at least 2 years UK care experience who have compassion and a passion to care for those less able to care for themselves.

Job Description:

• To provide a high quality of care to adults in accordance with the homes guidelines and procedures
• To be able to provide personal care for adults
• To provide care which focuses on the needs of the individual
• Promoting independence and choice
• Assist to prepare breakfast, lunch and or dinner
• Follow individual care plans and ensure all client needs are met
• Assist with day to day activities within the home

Inivo works with a number of elderly client groups with dementia related needs and nursing requirements – supporting client groups though a number of different services, clients are aged 65 + in varied settings i.e residential, supported living, assisted living and within the community.

Candidates must also have the following:

• Minimum of 2 years UK care experience with in a care home setting
• At least 2 – 5 year checkable work history
• Original passport, National Insurance number
• NVQ 2 or 3 qualified or equivalent qualification
• You must be willing to complete a new advanced CRB with Inivo current cost £50.60
• Valid visa, if applicable
