* Dealing efficiently with renewals and mid term referrals

* Daily interaction with brokers

* Regular discussions with internal Underwriters

* Progressing through the training schedule

Person Specification

* Ideally a graduate with experience of working in a professional environment, preferably financial services

* The ability to develop a thorough underwriting knowledge and then make accurate, clear underwriting decisions

* Excellent telephone manner and inter-personal skills to develop close rapport with brokers

* Team player with good work rate

* Applicants must demonstrate a high level of drive and enthusiasm
