HGV Technician

Ohm Recruitment Limited are urgently recruiting for qualified HGV Technicians

We are looking for a number of experienced HGV Technicians to join our client based in the Maidstone area, Our client is an established Main Dealer of Commercial Vehicles also providing Specialist Services and have a number of locations throughout the surrounding areas.

You Must have
A recognised qualification IRTEC, City & Guilds, NVQL 2 or 3 or equivalent
Preferably worked for a main dealer, franchise, fleet orientated or transportation company or within garage as a mechanic, technician or fitter
Driving license (preferably Class 1 or 2) not essential desirable
Worked in a busy workshop environment
Work to high standards
Practise good health and safety at work

The Hours
There are a number of different shifts available, you will be required to be on call (rota) and work some Saturday mornings, essentially the hours would be rotating on an early and a late shift basis (based on a 40 hour week)

The Salary
Is dependable on experience and qualifications this can be discussed at application, in addition there are generous overtime premium rates, unlimited overtime and the basic starting salary is from £38,640pa – realistic ote £40,000+per year
