Mitel 5000 Telecoms Engineer – Experienced Only
Location: Greater London
Salary: to £48,000(DOE)

Our Client is a successful, respected and well established Unified Communications Reseller. They are currently seeking an experienced telecoms engineer with excellent knowledge of the latest Mitel 5000 range of PBX to work in the London area. This is a mixed and varied role involving remote diagnostics, client support, installation, commissioning and maintenance.

Applicants need to be punctual, customer facing, commercially aware and be able to take responsibility to ensure that their own jobs and workload are successfully completed. It is essential that applicants have strong communication skills, are well presented with a flexible positive attitude and good proactive problem solving skills.

To be considered for this position applicants must have:
• At least 3 years’ experience of installations and on-going support on the Mitel 5000 PBX range. Experience on one of the following: Either Panasonic or Aastra Intelligate
• Experience of carrying out IP-based installations, along with digital/analog installations
• Experience of managing escalations through manufacturers to successful resolution would be a plus
• A desire to work towards or attained LAN / WAN Fundamentals such as CTP or CCNA level
• Self-reliance on technical abilities and knowledge

Applicants must also possess a thorough fault process mentality to correctly evaluate calls and a very capable mind-set and full ownership qualities to see a fault through to the end, a desire to complete each issue to complete resolution and satisfaction even if this continues outside of your working time frames.
