Monday – Thursday: 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm
Friday: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
1 in 4 Saturdays: 10:00 am to 2:00 pm

The Role
* Offering help to people with Financial problems.
* You will be contacting potential customers through a dialler system to offer a variety of products and services so you will need to have strong communication skills, the ability to build a rapport and the desire to work for a professional company.
* We offer ongoing support and some of the best training in the industry.
Key Responsibilities and Skill:
* Making outbound calls to potential customers through a dialler.
* Taking customers through a series of questions to establish suitability and answering queries.
* Must have a strong personality and be confident on the telephone
* Must be able to build a rapport with potential customers
* Must be able to close the customer and gain commitment
* Able to work to targets effectively.
