We have an excellent opportunity for enthusiastic and determined individual to join our client’s industry-leading sales teams at the dealership based in Letchworth.

You must be able to demonstrate the ability to deliver customer excellence whilst achieving sales targets. 

Whilst our clients value experience, they are looking for the right people to help them achieve their goals, so they don’t just look at what you have done but what you are capable of doing. Full training both bespoke in-house and manufacture training will be provided. 

Location: Letchworth Garden City, Herts, SG6

Hours: 45.5 per week – Monday to Sunday on a rota basis 

Salary:  £38k – £40k OTE

Key responsibilities:

• Accomplish maximum profitability from all aspects of the sales department
• Proactively use the company database for customer follow-ups, in order to maximise sales and maintain repeat business
• Carry out comprehensive and accurate appraisals of part exchange vehicles
• Have the drive and determination to exceed all set targets and sales objectives
• Adhere to company and franchise standards, policies, and procedures at all times

Skills, experience, and attributes:

• A full clean driving licence is essential
• Previous experience is desirable
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to understand and interpret our customer’s needs
• You will be highly motivated 
• Have an enthusiastic interest in your ongoing training and development
• Be computer literate, including MS packages
• Smart appearance, friendly and approachable
• Be punctual with excellent time management
