Accounts Senior

Cooper Lomaz is currently recruiting an Accounts Senior for our growing firm of Accountants based near Ely. Reporting directly into the Partner, this role will support the firm as it continues to grow and presents candidates with an excellent opportunity to develop their own careers within practice. Working with a varied portfolio, the successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with a strong tax technical and accounting knowledge.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:
Accounts Preparation for an SME client portfolio
Management Accounts
Corporate Taxation
Client VAT returns

The successful candidate will be at least AAT qualified with experience working within an accountancy practice. In this client facing role, you will need to be confident communicating and working with a varied client portfolio. Any knowledge of audits would be highly desirable and experience of using Sage essential. You will be a productive individual with the ability to manage your work load accordingly with the flexibility to meet the needs of clients.
