Outreach Support Worker – Days or Waking Nights
Shropshire, working across Oswestry, Wem, Shrewsbury, Elsmere, and Ludlow
£26,000 per year + mileage (22-39p per mile) + benefits
35 hours per week / Permanent contracts
We are currently looking for support worker to work either days or waking nights across Shropshire, supporting various individuals across Oswestry, Wem, Shrewsbury, Elsmere and Ludlow in their own homes.
The people you will support have acquired brain injuries, autism and complex needs.
The shifts will either be fully at 1 service or half in 1 service and the other half in another service. This is due to not everyone we support having 24/7 support hours.
The team try to accommodate locations e.g. will try to send people to their nearest service but mileage is paid.
If candidates lives IN Shrewsbury it is not essential to be a driver. If candidates live anywhere else in Shropshire it is essential for them to be a driver with their own car and have/be willing to get business insurance. This is due to the rural locations.
Please note the maximum hours we will offer for this area is 35 hours per week.
