Salary: £21.66 per hour

£21.66 to £18.55 p/h Circa. £46.3K (NHS Band 6) |48 Hours per Week | Night Shifts | Good CQC

A privately owned nursing home in the area of Shanklin in the Isle of Wight is looking to recruit a Night Staff Nurse RGN or RMN Registered Nurse to join their night nursing team. The home cares for elderly residents who have onset medical conditions such as dementia and physical disabilities.

* A permanent full-time contract of 48 hours per week

* A competitive hourly rate of pay of between £21.66and £18.55 which is around £46,300.80 annually this equates to NHS Band 6 rates of pay

* Night Shifts

In this Registered Nurse role, you will be responsible for the planning and implementation of care for a caseload of residents. You will manage and update clinical records, administer medications, and lead a small team of HCAs in the delivery of personal care, ensuring the holistic, medical and social needs of each individual resident are met.

What we are looking for in a Night Nurse:

* NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN/RN1/RNA or Mental Health Nurse/RMN/RMHN

* Ideally you will have some experience in elderly care or long-term adult care setting and will be able to independently manage care plans and medications

* A positive, proactive approach and committed to delivering the highest standards of care

* Good communication and interpersonal skills
