Salary: £66,000 – £72,000 per year

Role of the Senior Project Manager:

• Providing key technical and cost/commercial advice to clients across a range of sectors
• Overseeing the successful delivery of big and complex projects on time, on budget, to the clients’ expectations and needs
• Leading and managing the project team
• Taking responsibility for project delivery from inception to completion
• Full compliance with all policies, legislation, regulations and procedures
• Identify and manage project costs and risks

Requirements of the Senior Project Manager:

• MRICS qualified
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a project management role
• Experience in supporting both public and private sector clients
• Be committed to fostering close relationships with clients, resolving issues and surpassing client expectations in the pursuit of delivering a high-quality service
• Demonstrate the capacity to manage and oversee multiple projects at once

Benefits: A salary of £66,000 – £72,000based on experience, holidays of 27 days plus public holidays, pension contribution of 5%, professional subscriptions paid, private medical insurance, life assurance of 4x basic salary
