Flame Health Dentistry are currently looking to recruit a Private Associate Dentist to join this exclusively private clinic in the Brighton area. Based in this modern practice, the associate will be required to cover four days per week, with a late evening and 1 in 4 Saturdays worked.

The practice is an easy commute by train from Eastbourne, Chichester, Surrey and Southern London. The role is to take over from a retiring partner, who sees private and Denplan patients only.

Associate agreement:

Hours commitment: Week 1: Monday 8:30-18:00, Tuesday 8:30-16:30, Wednesday 8:30-16:30, Thursday 8:30-16:30; Week 2: Monday 8:30-18:00, Wednesday 16:30-20:30, Thursday 8:30-16:30, Friday 8:30-16:30
One Saturday a month 8:30-16:30
Holidays: 24 working days + Bank Holidays
Financial agreement: Sliding scale % of total fees (private fees including Hygienist payments plus total Denplan schedule fees) minus expenses (laboratory fees, protaper files, whitening gels, £24 for every Hygienist referral, both private and Denplan)
emergency cover £3 per minute
Good maintenance levels of Denplan patients
Comply with marketing dental products and special offers
No other dental activity for a 6 miles radius from the practice, and for 2 years after contract cessation with practice

All of the dental professionals in the practice have undergone a rigorous selection and training process to offer the patient the highest quality of dental care. These standards are maintained by a continuous education and training schedule for all employees. The practice has an ethos of preventative dentistry, which is put together in individual patient treatment plans.

Patients are informed of the latest techniques and the practice only uses the best materials and equipment available. They offer a wide range of services, particularly with a cosmetic focus. It is desired that the associate dentist takes great pride in their work and wants to have quality time, support, materials and equipment to deliver to patients high expectations.

Experience of mixed practice dentistry and a proven history of high quality work are essential. Ideally applicants will have a minimum of 2 years experience working as a private dentist in the UK. Any specialist interests the dentist has would be of great advantage. Applicants must also be registered with the GDC without conditions.
