Salary: £40,800 per year
Our Client is a global supplier in the mechanical engineering sector,
supplying high speed rotating equipment and associated equipment to process operations in industry.
They require a Field Service Engineer to cover the UK and Ireland as required. Ideally based centrally and working from home in the Midlands/East Midlands area.
Typical time travel to the job would be up to 2 hours, but any further travel would possibly entail overnight stays as required.
Candidates must have completed a recognised apprenticeship, or have technical training to: ie City and Guilds/NVQ/BTEC.
You must have strong Electro/Mechanical skills with some knowledge of PLC control equipment. These having be gained in a Process Engineering/Production Engineering role.
Knowledge of the Brewing or Dairy or similar industry would be beneficial.
Candidates should be IT literate, and possess a good level of physical fitness, and hold a clean current driving licence.
A company vehicle is provided, together with an iPad and iPhone.
