Job description:
Do you often find yourself taking note of the level of customer service you receive when you visit your favourite shops? Well now`s your chance to put that to good use.
Douglas Stafford is looking for confident, professional and motivated individuals to play an important role in helping the UK`s leading companies analyse and improve their levels of customer service through Video Mystery Shopping.
Candidates need to be aged 21 years and over, have a full clean driving licence and have their own covert video equipment (or able to purchase). The role of a Mystery Shopper is relatively specialised and training is therefore essential. Douglas Stafford will provide a two day training course at their head office in Portsmouth for all candidates that are new (or relatively new) to the world of video mystery shopping.
To take part in our mystery shopping programmes, candidates will be required to pose as a genuine customer and complete written and online detailed descriptions of the service, and supply high quality video footage of the sales consultant`s level of service, along with various details on the sales process and the store.
Candidates that can show a successful track record will be rewarded with regular work and an integration into Douglas Stafford`s Video Mystery Shopper community.
Key responsibilities and duties
This role will require a good standard of technological competency; high levels of literacy, administrative and communication skills including:
– Attention to detail
– The ability to critically review and provide comprehensive feedback
– A pleasant and confident manner.
– Customer service skills would also be an advantage.
