Senior Tenancy Services Officer

Senior Tenancy Services Officer, Nuneaton. Service Care Solutions are looking to recruit a Senior Tenancy Services Officer to join a Local Authority based in Nuneaton. As a Senior Tenancy Services Officer based in Nuneaton, it is essential that you have a full and valid driving licence with access to a vehicle for work purposes. You must have recent and comprehensive experience of Housing Management duties, experience of front line delivery and experience of establishing newtowrks and links with internal and external agencies. It is also essential that you have an excellent working knowledge of Landlord and Tenant Law and a good working knowledge of rent account procedures.
As a Senior Tenancy Officer based in Nuneaton, it is your responsibility to assist the Housing Service Manager with the day to day management, supervision and co-ordination of the Estates and Financial Inclusion Teams. This will include Assisting the Housing Services Manager to manage, develop, monitor and appraise those officers for whom you have direct responsibility.
