Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 per year
Anderson Knight are recruiting a Early Careers Manager for our client, a national business based in Glasgow. You will be responsible for delivering an excellent apprenticeship programme and providing the business with any advice and guidance in regards to this. This is a full time permanent role offering hybrid working arrangements.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the businesses apprenticeship programme and early careers programme
* You will be responsible for building both internal relationships and external relationships with likes of universities and colleges to promote the programmes available as well as the company brand.
* Experience of running and creating programmes
* You will be working alongside the businesses training provider to manage the onboarding process
* You will be responsible for keeping up to date with Scotland and England’s apprenticeship specifications.
Key Experience and Skills
* You will have previous experience of delivering an early careers programme for graduates or apprenticeships
* You will be a confident induvial who is confident delivering presentations
* You will have strong organisational and planning skills
* You should be flexible and able to multi-task.
* Able to work under pressure, to tight deadlines and also managing several different issues a the one time
