Junior Graphic Designer, Permanent, full time up to 20k/Oxfordshire

We have an opportunity on offer to join an innovative and energetic company, and make this newly created role your own. Our client are one of the fastest growing business’ in the UK and they are creating a brand new creative team. Up until now, they have designed two successful brands and now they need to design and generate many more to ensure the company continues to grow. They want to bring the front end conceptual thinking and graphic design in house and build a team. They have a clear vision and really value their team. They want happy and motivated individuals – from finance to design. They all work together to deliver the brands that are purchased by the mass market in the UK and Europe.

About the role:

We want to add to the creative team with a junior designer who will apply their talents to all aspects of the business.

You will work collaboratively with the Design Director and sales team, and spend your day coming up with exciting, slick graphics, print and digital ideas delivering projects to tight deadlines. You’ll be involved in the whole process!
The role will include working on and being involved in jobs from initial brief through all design procedures to finished artwork where applicable. Designs will range from products, packaging, presentations and branding.

About you:

will be a talented, confident, team-playing Graphic Designer who is passionate about their work and ensuring it is crafted and delivered to their vision. You’ll be ambitious and truly relish a challenge to achieve great results from this brand new opportunity.

You will be used to or capable of managing your own time and have a varied portfolio of brand led work that ideally includes packaging, product, presentations and photoshop skills.

Ideally you will have some knowledge of cc suite and 3d software.
A degree in graphic design or illustration is ideal.
Day to day you will be creating effective design solutions for product, packaging and presentations and you shall be working alongside the web team to design banners and adverts for the website
Illustration skills and Photography skills are also an advantage.

Salary: £26,000 – £27,600per year
