Telephone Banking Sdvisor

Our client is looking for a number of Telephone Banking Advisors to join their well established site in Belfast.

You will be the key first, and often only, point of contact for customer calls, providing an excellent level of customer service that exceeds expectations and in doing so reduces the need to transfer calls. Putting each customer at the heart of everything you do by demonstrating a genuine interest in their current needs and future aspirations. Proactively seek opportunities to offer customers additional products and services that will develop and add further depth to their relationship with the bank.

Applicants must have previous customer service experience, with the ability to work to targets and KPI’s. Applicants should demonstrate they can put the customer first, fulfil their needs and leave the customer happy to be a part of the banking process.

You will work 35 hours a week between the hours of 8am and 10pm (5 out of 7 days per week)

Hourly Salary: is £26,000paid weekly.

This is an on-going role.

The training will be Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
