Facilities Manager Cambridge £38,000 + £6,000 Car Allowance

A Multi Million pound Construction, Facilities and Building Services Company is looking to recruit a Facilities Manager to look after commercial, professional offices in the Cambridge area.

The Facilities Manager will be responsible for looking after the relationship between the service provider and the Client, looking after front of house staff directly and manager the outsourced services, including, M&E, cleaning, security, catering.

The suitable Facilities Manager will need to have previous experience of working with a prestigious commercial Client and be able to deliver the highest quality of Customer Service. Have good total FM experience with the ability of manging sub-contracted services.

Look after Budgets, Health and Safety and environmental, be ambitious and level headed.
